Reset Wellbeing Therapies is founded by Jennie, whose lifelong passion for caring spans nursing, social care, dementia support, oncology massage and over 30 years practising Reiki. With a career rooted in holistic, compassionate support, Jennie brings together clinical experience and spiritual awareness to care for the whole person — emotionally, physically and socially. Based at The Mission on Harbour Street in Lerwick town centre, Reset Wellbeing Therapies offers a wide range of tailored treatments including deep tissue and pregnancy massage, oncology massage, hot stone and Ayurvedic therapies, Reiki, reflexology, lymphatic drainage and bespoke self-care packages.
